At Dolia, wine tells the story of the land, the climate, the winemaker's hand, but also the moment shared over a glass. It is this connection between nature, winemaker, and taster that we seek to create through each selected bottle.

  • Committed Winegrowers

    Each vintage we offer is the result of an encounter with a winemaker, an approach, and a sensitivity. We favor independent, family-run estates where we work on a human scale, with rigor and humility. These women and men work with sincerity, sometimes in the shadows, always with passion.

  • Respect for living things at the heart of our selection

    We exclusively select wines from vines grown without the use of synthetic chemicals. Organic, biodynamic, and natural practices are at the heart of our approach. These choices require time, attention, and courage: this is precisely what we advocate.

  • Purity & Authenticity

    We advocate a craft approach to winemaking, limiting unnecessary oenological inputs. The vintages contain little or no sulfites, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and are free of cosmetics and standardization. The goal is to let the terroir and the vintage speak for themselves, in all their authenticity.
