Nolwenn, a trained oenologist, obtained her National Diploma of Oenology in Dijon, before traveling the vineyards of France and beyond. From Corsica to Clos Culombu, to Burgundy with Cécile Tremblay, via the Jura with Benjamin Benoît, or even the Basque Country with Paul Carricaburu, each experience has allowed her to deepen her understanding of grape varieties, soils, climates, and sensitivities. A training rich in experience, today serving a precise selection, respectful of the Earth and those who cultivate it.
Vincent, a passionate sommelier, has built a renowned wine cellar within his family restaurant. Over the years, he has forged deep relationships with dedicated winemakers, refining his palate and his vision of wine.
